Employee LMS HELP

Learn to navigate the learning management system

Navigation & Instructions

We have created both quick and short learning videos and job-aids to help you navigate through the new system.  The videos and terminology on this page should be your first stop to familiarize yourself with the look and feel of the system.  When you are ready to start navigating on your own, the Job Aids give step-by-step instructions on how to execute whatever task you need to complete.  They are also helpful when you haven’t been on the system in a while, and need a quick reminder about a specific step.  Check out the helpful Job Aid guides.

You can add your externally completed certificates to the LMS by following instructions below.

For other LMS related assistance, please see job aids link below.

Topics or subject areas allow staff to have a top level view of sessions and workshops available in the catalogue. The parent topics have child areas (See arrows) to make it easy to find specific categories of sessions and workshops.

Filters allow staff to find training by mixing and matching delivery method, categories, and topics. This helps them to quickly find  tailored workshops or sessions for their respective needs.

This view provides a month long view of available scheduled offerings. The underlined date means a session taking place that day.
